Student Support Center

We provide a single point of contact for all our students to answer questions. The Student Support Center can be reached Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 am to noon (Eastern). Our Student Support Center is available by phone 877-872-8869 and email studentsupport@aii.edu. The Student Support Center can provide you answers on these and other school related topics:

We've assembled a selection of community resources to extend your learning experience beyond the classroom. As a student in one of our online degree and diploma programs, you have access to the following community resources.

The Campus Common is your community beyond the classroom where you can learn about the latest news and events, get academic and tech support, join student chapters of professional organizations, and access career services, professional resources, and industry-focused online seminars through our online student community.

AiConnections is an online social network that connects you with other students outside of the classroom. At AiConnections, you can create friendships, groups, photo galleries and more. Over 2000 The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division students are currently discussing topics ranging from work critique to being a single parent. Tech Support

We offer a 24 hour Classroom Technical Help Desk if you have any technical questions. As a student you will be able to reach the Classroom Technical Help Desk by phone and online.

Academic Advising

As a student at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Online Division, an academic advisor will help you successfully navigate and complete your educational journey. An Academic Advisor will help you design the appropriate plan to meet your educational objectives and assist in problem solving.
