We provide a single point of contact for all our students to answer questions. The Student Support Center can be reached Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8pm and Saturday from 8 am to noon (Eastern). The Campus Common is your community beyond the classroom where you can learn about the latest news and events, get academic and tech support, join student chapters of professional organizations, and access career services, professional resources, and industry-focused online seminars through our online student community.
With the Art Institute of Pittsburgh – Online Division’s student communities, you have the ability to instantly communicate with fellow students on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. In addition, you can join one of over 450 student groups to connect with students that share your interests.
In the Online Library, you’ll have access to a full-text search engine that crawls over 350 databases, supporting every academic program. You’ll get full-text articles, not just abstracts. In addition, you’ll have free access to e-books, and interlibrary book loans can be shipped to you free of charge.
Our tutoring services provide you with free 1 on 1 online tutoring for 12 hours/quarter. Tutors are available from 10am to 4am ET and support all general program areas. In addition, our Essay Center provides reviews of papers for grammar and APA style formatting.
We also provide software tutoring for programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCad and Lightroom.
